REMOVAL
1. REMOVE NO. 1 ENGINE UNDER COVER
2. DRAIN ENGINE COOLANT
3. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER COVER ASSEMBLY
(a) Remove the front bumper cover assembly
.
4. REMOVE NO. 1 FRONT BUMPER SIDE RETAINER SUB-ASSEMBLY RH (w/ Trailer Towing System)
5. REMOVE OIL COOLER ASSEMBLY (w/ Trailer Towing System)
6. REMOVE V-BANK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY
7. REMOVE INLET RADIATOR HOSE

(a) Remove the inlet radiator hose.
|
8. DISCONNECT OUTLET RADIATOR HOSE
|
(a) Disconnect the outlet radiator hose from the water inlet housing.
|
9. REMOVE FAN SHROUD (w/ Trailer Towing System)
|
(a) Loosen the 4 nuts holding the fluid coupling and fan.
|
(b) Remove the fan and generator V belt
.
|
(c) Detach the claw to open the No. 1 flexible hose clamp.
|
|
(d) Disconnect the reservoir hose from the upper radiator tank .
|
(e) Remove the 2 bolts holding the fan shroud.
(f) Remove the 4 nuts of the fluid coupling fan, and then remove the shroud together with the coupling fan.
NOTICE:
Be careful not to damage the radiator core.
(g) Remove the fan pulley from the fan bracket.
10. REMOVE FAN SHROUD (w/o Trailer Towing System)

(a) Loosen the 4 nuts holding the fluid coupling fan.
|
(b) Remove the fan and generator V belt
.
|
(c) Disconnect the reservoir hose from the upper radiator tank .
|
(d) Remove the 2 bolts holding the fan shroud.
(e) Remove the 4 nuts of the fluid coupling fan, and then remove the shroud together with the coupling fan.
NOTICE:
Be careful not to damage the radiator core.
(f) Remove the fan pulley from the fan bracket.
11. REMOVE RADIATOR SIDE DEFLECTOR RH (w/o Trailer Towing System)

(a) Remove the 6 clips and side deflector.
|
12. REMOVE RADIATOR SIDE DEFLECTOR LH
|
(a) Remove the 6 clips and side deflector.
|
(b) Disconnect the wire harness clamp.
13. REMOVE NO. 1 RADIATOR TO SUPPORT SEAL (for LH Side)
|
(a) Remove the 3 clips and remove the No. 1 radiator to support seal.
|
14. REMOVE NO. 1 RADIATOR TO SUPPORT SEAL (for RH Side)
|
(a) Remove the 3 clips and remove the No. 1 radiator to support seal.
|
15. REMOVE RADIATOR ASSEMBLY
|
(a) Remove the 4 bolts and radiator.
|
16. REMOVE OUTLET RADIATOR HOSE
|
(a) Remove the outlet radiator hose from the radiator.
